Senior classes combine the skills and knowledge of Traditional Martial Arts with the dynamic Olympic combat sport of Taekwondo.

With current member ages ranging from 12 years and over it is never too late to start your personal journey towards better health and total confidence.

As a member of the senior class you will learn and develop the following Martial Arts skills:
• Kicking techniques
• Striking and blocking techniques
• Step sparring
• Continuous sparring
• Realistic self defence
• Patterns
Senior classes also incorporate olympic style training methods, including:
• Focus mitt kicking
• Kick bag drills
• Light and semi contact sparring
• Full contact sparring (optional)
• Offensive and defensive kicking drills
